About the Job:
Youtech is looking for a talented SEO Specialist to join our team. This position is full-time in-house and in office Monday-Friday. The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist will be responsible for identifying and implementing search engine optimization efforts so that keyword searches and organic search engine traffic will attract more visits to clients’ websites.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute SEO tactics and campaign configurations.
- Experience with Google and Bing’s services, including, but not limited to:
1. Google Analytics
2. Google Search Console
3. Google Tag Manager
4. Google Optimize
5. Google My Business & Bing Places
- The ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy.
- Provide regular reporting on client search performance to the project management team and to senior management.
- Develop an innovative link building plan for incoming & recurring clients.
- Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated with SEO strategy.
- Manage and execute the implementation of SEO strategy.
- Keep pace with SEO, search engines, and internet marketing industry trends.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Updated knowledge of industry trends.
