Job Description: We are seeking a multitasking professional who will take on the responsibilities of shipping management, receptionist duties, and social media marketing for our company. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations, positive customer experiences, and effective online presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Shipping Management:
  • Coordinate and oversee incoming and outgoing shipments of kitchen and bath products.
  • Ensure accuracy in packing, labeling, and documentation for shipments.
  • Communicate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management.
  • Receptionist Duties:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage appointments, schedules, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Social Media Marketing:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create compelling content, including posts, stories, and updates across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels for customer comments, messages, and reviews, ensuring timely responses.
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and experience with social media management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
