About the E-commerce Team

The Rejuvenation E-commerce team consists of highly efficient, collaborative, and brand focused thinkers. As part of the team you’ll bring your processes and organization to the team. Our role is to produce and manage cohesive product launch campaigns across the website.

Site Ops Associate - Rejuvenation

Site Ops Associates facilitate day-to-day website updates including product launches, promotions, editorial content, and marketing initiatives to ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate execution of all updates and seasonal refreshes. Site Ops Associates are responsible for setting up products across all assortments at Rejuvenation. This includes creating new SKUs and product pages, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful launch, and maintaining existing product pages. Success in this role is defined by a keen attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and a desire to learn the inner-workings of an E-commerce site.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with creative, front end-developers, e-comm merchants, and marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of product launches and site updates
  • Troubleshoot site issues related to product pages and SKU data managed in the content management system (CMS)
  • Refine processes and build efficiency for asset production and flawless launches
  • Support Site Operations, Site Merchandising, Site Optimization, Site Marketing and SEO teams with special projects, as needed
  • Efficiently QA all site updates, features, links, etc. in testing environments before accurately scheduling production releases
  • Work with Technology, front-end developers and the site optimization team to launch new site enhancements Help manage technology releases for our Content Management tools (Adobe ECM & WCM) by performing User Acceptance Testing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • E-Commerce experience strongly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles to oversee the timeline and deliverables associated with launching new products
  • 1-year+ experience with web technologies and E-Commerce platforms as well as proficiency with content management systems (CMS)
  • Intermediate Excel skills (working knowledge with pivot tables and v-lookups)
  • Strong attention to detail or product information to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze product performance data and website traffic to assess the effectiveness of product launches and make recommendations for improvements Ability to perform work onsite in the Portland office full-time pending state, local, and Company return-to-work guidance during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
