SMS Marketing Coordinator, Retention Marketing

Job Summary:
NativePath is seeking an organized and detail-oriented SMS Marketing Coordinator to support our Retention team. In this role, you will assist with implementing and optimizing SMS strategies in Attentive, creating landing pages, building customer journeys, and reporting on the performance of the SMS channel. This is a remote position that provides an opportunity to grow in a collaborative and innovative environment. Responsibilities:

Assist with executing SMS marketing campaigns and automation strategies using Attentive.
Build customer journeys and optimize landing pages to drive engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with the Retention team to plan, execute, and analyze SMS campaigns.
Write engaging SMS copy to prompt user action and align with brand standards.
Conduct A/B testing to experiment with campaign performance and improve results.
Support SMS-specific promotions, offers, and creative assets.
Contribute to reporting efforts, analyzing key metrics to track and grow the SMS channel.
Work closely with the email team to ensure channel alignment and cohesion.

Qualifications:

2+ years experience with SMS or email marketing platforms, SMS platforms like Attentive, Postscript, or Klaviyo preferred.
Basic understanding of SMS automation and customer journey creation.
Proficiency in A/B testing and direct response marketing strategies.
Strong writing skills, with a knack for creating compelling, action-driven copy.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Data-driven, with a passion for analyzing and improving campaign performance.
Enthusiastic about health and wellness, with a desire to help others on their journey to optimal living.
