The Alexa team is seeking a Snr. Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to drive user growth and engagement for one of the world's most beloved and innovative AI assistants. We're looking for a dynamic leader who can leverage strategic marketing, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven optimization to propel Alexa's adoption and usage.

In this role, you'll bring compelling value propositions to life and design impactful campaigns that drive user growth across Amazon's owned channels including email, web, and devices. You'll lead experimentation and A/B testing efforts to continually refine our marketing effectiveness, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to amplify our reach and impact. Key job responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth using Amazon's owned channels (app, email, website, devices, etc.)
  • Lead customer segmentation and targeting efforts, unlocking new growth opportunities
  • Design and oversee A/B testing and experimentation to continually refine our marketing effectiveness
  • Collaborate across teams to influence product development and expand Alexa's reach
  • Deliver insightful performance analytics to key stakeholders, driving data-informed decision making
  • Manage complex trade-offs and establish efficient processes for campaign delivery at scale
  • Track and report on engagement metrics, action plans, and performance
  • Work closely with GTM and Advertising teams to ensure integrated campaign effectiveness
A day in the life
Your average day will be dynamic and you'll collaborate with Product, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and peer marketing functions to create content, develop marketing programs, run experiments, and share insights. We seamlessly transition from strategic planning to creative ideation to detailed execution, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We work together and pick each other up when workloads shift, balancing our time and juggling multiple priorities. We enjoy supporting a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
