QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in a digital content position, familiarity with CMS and design software, proven record of growing digital engagement, strong verbal and written English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.

Offering a competitive pay range from $50,000 to $60,000 annually!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital content strategies aligned with company goals and target audience – collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary
- Generate creative and engaging content across various formats, including social media, company website, articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and more
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone, while optimizing SEO
- Coordinate and maintain a content release calendar to maximize audience reach and engagement through a consistent flow of content across all channels
- Foster audience engagement through interactive and user-generated content
- Monitor and respond to audience comments, feedback, and inquiries across various channels
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on KPIs, using insights to refine and optimize content strategies
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce multimedia content
- Create email designs, schedule email blasts, and assist with measuring KPIs
- Research and stay informed on industry trends and content marketing best practices
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a Digital Content position or similar role
- Marketing degrees, specializations, and certifications are always a plus
- Familiarity with CMS, design software, email software and social media post scheduling software (preferred)
- Proven record of organically growing followers and engagement on digital platforms
- Experience in lead generating content creation
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills – Spanish is a plus as well
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be a go-getter, team-player, and hungry for knowledge and growth!
- Tech-savvy with the ability and willingness to learn new systems, softwares and processes
