Offering a competitive pay range from $50,000 to $60,000 annually!

• Develop and implement digital content strategies aligned with company goals and target audience – collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary
• Generate creative and engaging content across various formats, including social media, company website, articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and more
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone, while optimizing SEO
• Coordinate and maintain a content release calendar to maximize audience reach and engagement through a consistent flow of content across all channels
• Foster audience engagement through interactive and user-generated content
• Monitor and respond to audience comments, feedback, and inquiries across various channels
• Utilize analytics tools to track and report on KPIs, using insights to refine and optimize content strategies
• Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce multimedia content
• Create email designs, schedule email blasts, and assist with measuring KPIs
• Research and stay informed on industry trends and content marketing best practices

• 3+ years of experience in a Digital Content position or similar role
• Marketing degrees, specializations, and certifications are always a plus
• Familiarity with CMS, design software, email software and social media post scheduling software (preferred)
• Proven record of organically growing followers and engagement on digital platforms
• Experience in lead generating content creation
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills – Spanish is a plus as well
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be a go-getter, team-player, and hungry for knowledge and growth!
