Social Media & Admin Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working with computers and devices, ability to learn new software, basic understanding of social media networks, and strong organizational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Moderate social content, manage digital assets, schedule content, add product listings through Shopify, assist during content shoots, handle online customer service, manage communication via social media and email, and perform miscellaneous admin tasks.

About Bad Sheep Yarn
We are a hand-dyed yarn studio located in Pensacola, Florida. Bad Sheep is an e-commerce company that hand-dyes, packages, and ships out yarn from our studio five days a week. This is our 10th year in business, and we continue to grow and expand every year. Our staff is a hard-working crew that takes initiative in the tasks around them. Job Summary
This role will include helping our marketing team and admins. This will consist of social content moderating, digital asset management, content scheduling, adding product listings through Shopify, helping during content shoots, and managing communication through social media and email. Applicants must be highly organized and comfortable working with computers as well as learning new software. Prior experience with social media or content marketing is a huge plus. The starting wage for this position is flexible depending on experience. Hours are Monday - Friday from 7 am - 3 pm

Qualifications
- Experience working with computers and devices
- The ability to learn new software
- A basic understanding of social media networks and a willingness to learn new platforms
- Must be well organized and have the ability to schedule out tasks
Bonus Skill - Not Required
- Experience with managing social media business accounts
- Experience with running ads on social media
- Experience with photo and/or video editing software, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier, CapCut, and Canva.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
