Seeking a Part-Time Social Media Analyst to enhance Century 21 NYC's social media presence and ambassador program, focusing on content creation, performance analysis, and community engagement.
THE ROLE
Century 21 NYC is a legendary shopping destination for designer brands at unbeatable prices. As we expand our marketing efforts, we’re seeking a talented and creative Part-Time Social Media Analyst to join our team and help drive our social media presence and brand ambassador program to the next level.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with our marketing strategy and seasonal goals.
- Collaborate with the merchant team to ensure the social media content calendar effectively showcases brands in the best possible way.
- Create, edit, and post high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and recommend strategies to keep our brand fresh and engaging.
- Interact with followers, customers, and stakeholders on social media to foster community engagement.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.
Strategy & Analysis:
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark Century 21’s social media performance against industry leaders.
- Collaborate with the marketing and merchant teams to align social media campaigns with broader digital marketing strategies.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, reporting on results and insights.
- Create Month-over-Month (M/M), Week-over-Week (W/W), and Year-over-Year (Y/Y) performance reports to evaluate the impact of the social media program and ambassador program on driving traffic into the store.
Ambassador Program Development:
- Support the creation of Century 21 NYC’s Ambassador Program
- Identify and onboard new brand ambassadors who align with Century 21’s values and goals.
- Manage communication with current ambassadors to ensure maximum engagement and brand representation.
- Track program KPIs, monitor individual ambassador performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Develop brand guidelines, shared communication tools, content kits, and provide social media training to ambassadors.
- Evaluate the ambassador program's success by tracking its contribution to store traffic and overall engagement metrics, and report these findings in M/M, W/W, and Y/Y formats.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign analysis.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and trends.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with brand ambassador programs or influencer marketing is a plus.
- Experience with Dash Hudson or social media reporting tools
- Experience with Excel and Powerpoint etc…
- Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with experience creating performance reports and identifying improvement areas.
- Collaborative approach with experience working across teams to align goals and strategies.
COMPENSATION
$40-$45 per hour
