In this role, you will be responsible for:
Content Creation:
- Research and produce accurate, engaging and useful content that supports Idaho Housing's business goals and its mission.
- Maintain and implement an editorial calendar that leverages new and existing content across our various platforms.
- Understand, monitor and incorporate relevant audience metrics and industry best practices to inform content-creation decisions.
- Help oversee the development and production of visual material that informs our audiences and complements our content strategy.
Social Media:
- Formulate and execute social media strategies that amplify Idaho Housing's content across all platforms.
- Monitor and moderate audience and customer feedback across all social channels.
- Use benchmarking, audience metrics and industry best practices to analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.
Email Marketing and Reputation Management:
- Help develop and execute email campaigns that meet Idaho Housing’s business goals.
- Maintain and update IHFA’s CRM tool and marketing automation functions.
- Monitor and maintain Idaho Housing's online reputation and solicit survey feedback.
- Effectively manage and optimize Idaho Housing's paid search efforts, ensuring they fit our mission and business goals.
May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:Position qualifications required are the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of five years of relevant experience in marketing, public relations, communications, or media.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Experience in paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Experience in paid and organic search campaigns.
- Ability to plan, work under deadlines and multitask.
- Experience with HubSpot, Active Campaign, WordPress, Microsoft Office and the Adobe suite.
