Job Summary

You will work closely with various departments to ensure our brand message is consistent across all platforms, while also leveraging your skills in content creation and relationship management to drive engagement and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Utilize tools such as Statusbrew for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct regular audits of social media accounts to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, e-commerce, and digital marketing to keep our strategies fresh and innovative.
