Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media and Influencer Manager to lead and execute our brand's social media strategy across all platforms. This role will encompass managing our social media channels, overseeing community engagement, producing compelling content, managing influencer and ambassador programs (including paid partnerships), and driving brand visibility. The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with a passion for fostering connections and building brand loyalty.

What You Will Do:
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across all channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and key cultural moments.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Community Management
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive online community.
- Monitor conversations about the brand and industry, addressing any issues or opportunities as they arise.
- Develop strategies to grow and nurture an engaged social media community.
Content Production
- Create and produce high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content (photo, video, graphics, and written copy) for all platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams or external vendors to develop larger-scale content initiatives.
- Stay updated on social media trends and emerging formats to keep content fresh and innovative.
Ambassador Program Management
- Oversee the execution and management of the brand's ambassador program, ensuring participants align with brand values and goals.
- Develop recruitment strategies to grow the program and nurture relationships with ambassadors.
- Track ambassador performance and contributions, providing feedback and support as needed.
Influencer Program Management
- Develop and manage the brand's influencer marketing program, including both organic collaborations and paid influencer partnerships.
- Identify, vet, and collaborate with influencers who align with the brand's aesthetic and target audience.
- Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables for paid partnerships, ensuring ROI and brand alignment.
- Manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, including outreach, execution, and performance analysis.
- Foster long-term relationships with influencers to enhance brand advocacy.
Paid Influencer Program
- Strategically allocate budgets for paid influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Create detailed briefs and guidelines for paid influencers to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Monitor performance metrics of paid partnerships, including reach, engagement, and conversions, to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously optimize paid influencer strategies based on data insights and industry trends.
Reporting & Analytics
- Measure and report on the success of social media initiatives, ambassador programs, and influencer campaigns.
- Use insights to inform strategy, improve engagement, and drive ROI.
What Experience You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a D2C industry.
- A knack for building lasting and meaningful relationships.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- An eye for spotting innovative industry trends, platforms - and proposing different approaches to broaden reach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for different social media channels.
