Seeking a Social Media Art Director to shape and execute video content strategies, particularly for TikTok Shop, while driving engagement and conversion through collaboration with creative teams and brand partners.
- Brainstorm, design, and execute short-form video concepts for TikTok Shop and marketplace optimization.
- Oversee creative processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Optimize video content based on performance data to drive engagement and conversion.
- Provide leadership and guidance to creative teams, improving workflows and production processes.
- Adapt creative strategies to align with each brand’s unique voice and objectives.
- Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that adheres to brand guidelines.
- Establish best practices for producing high-performing video content across platforms.
- At least 5 years of experience in creative direction, particularly in social media content production.
- Proven expertise in short-form video creation for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- Strong creative vision and ability to translate brand objectives into engaging content.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms driving platform success.
- Ability to analyze performance data and optimize content accordingly.

- 30 Days: Understand the team’s workflows, review current video strategies, and develop a streamlined creative process.
- 60 Days: Implement best practices for short-form video production across multiple verticals. Begin optimizing marketplace content for maximum engagement.
- 90 Days: Launch optimized video campaigns, improve PDP assets, and build a library of high-performing video templates.
What is the team like?
- You will work with creative producers, influencers, and marketing strategists and be supervised by the Creative Director. You’ll also collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and meet regularly with the VP of Content Strategy to discuss performance and growth opportunities. The team is data-driven, results-oriented, and highly collaborative, encouraging input and ideas from all members.
