We are looking for a true social media enthusiast with a deep understanding of current trends and a proven ability to translate them into engaging and aesthetically pleasing content for our brand. This role requires excellent judgment, a strong understanding of business needs, and the ability to independently drive results.

About the Role:

As our Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing a compelling social media strategy across all major platforms. You will be the driving force behind our online presence, creating high-quality visual content that tells our brand story and drives customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Concept, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos that showcase our furniture collections from unique angles.
  • Curate visually stunning and engaging content that aligns with current social media trends and our brand aesthetic.
  • Attend photoshoots and events to capture live content that highlights our brand and engages our audience.
  • Design visually captivating posts that spark curiosity and create buzz around new products, promotions, and brand initiatives.

Community Management:

  • Actively engage with our audience by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends and competitor activity.
  • Identify and leverage trending hashtags and online conversations relevant to our brand.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, website traffic) to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate regular reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Continuously analyze data and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and achieve business goals.

Collaboration & Team Work:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated social media campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of influencer marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
  • Passionate about social media trends and best practices.
  • Exceptional photography and videography skills with experience in shooting, editing, and producing high-quality visual content.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Highly creative and detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable attendance and availability to work Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed.

Compensation: This role offers a competitive salary

Location: Grayson Living - 275 S La Cienega Blvd, Beverly Hills CA 90211

Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Schedule: 5 days a week, Saturdays as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
