The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and engaging content that resonates with our target audience of style-savvy women. This role requires a deep understanding of the fashion industry, emerging trends, and social media platforms, along with a passion for storytelling and community building.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Design and produce visually compelling content, including photos, videos, reels, and stories, that showcase our products, inspire customers, and align with our brand aesthetic.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of fashion and social media trends to ensure our content is fresh, innovative, and culturally relevant.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a content calendar that highlights product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns, tailored to the preferences of our audience.
- Community Engagement: Foster authentic relationships with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, creating a loyal and engaged community.
- Platform Management: Oversee and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborations: Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and credibility through user-generated content and partnerships.
- Analytics & Insights: Track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to optimize engagement, conversions, and overall growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Live Content: Organize and host live shopping events, Q&A sessions, or style tutorials to drive engagement and sales.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably within the fashion or e-commerce industry.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with an understanding of women’s fashion trends and styling.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut).
- Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Later, Hootsuite) and analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics).
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, and Pinterest pins.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for crafting on-brand captions and copy.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaboration best practices.
- Ability to balance creativity with performance metrics to create content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).

- Ability to lift and carry light to moderate items (e.g., fashion products, props, or equipment).
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching during photoshoots, styling sessions, or content creation activities.

- Visual acuity to ensure the quality and detail of photo and video content.
- Occasional travel to photoshoot locations, events, or influencer meetups (if required).
- Ability to work in varied environments, such as indoor studio setups, outdoor locations, or other locations.
