Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Content Producer based in Florida to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is for a content strategist and production powerhouse — someone who can strategize, conceptualize, film, produce, and edit compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences, expands our reach, and drives engagement.
As the Social Media Content Producer, you will work closely with the Tony Robbins team to create highly engaging and professional brand assets that amplify Tony Robbins’ message and inspire millions worldwide.
The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of social media trends, and a proven track record of producing high-quality content across various platforms. You’ll be the driving force behind creating and executing content strategies that elevate our brand and expand our global impact.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Ideation:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy to align with brand goals, audience insights, and platform-specific trends.
Conceptualize innovative ideas for campaigns and content that drive engagement and reach, keeping Tony Robbins’ teachings and brand values at the forefront.
Research audience preferences, platform updates, and trending topics to inform content development and ensure relevance.
Content Production & Execution:
Produce high-quality social media content, including short-form videos, reels, TikToks, YouTube shorts, graphics, GIFs, and professional stills.
Take ownership of the content production process from start to finish: storyboarding, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
Film and direct on-location and in-studio shoots for social campaigns, ensuring consistent quality and brand alignment.
Edit video content for various platforms, ensuring optimized performance, engaging storytelling, and adherence to platform-specific guidelines.
Brand Asset Development:
Build highly engaging and professional brand assets for social media that align with our visual identity and voice.
Collaborate with graphic designers and creative teams to produce visually compelling posts, graphics, and templates.
Maintain the integrity and consistency of the brand voice and style across all social media channels.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with the marketing, creative, and production teams to align content strategies with broader campaign goals and outcomes.
Partner with other team members to brainstorm and execute content that supports product launches, events, and community engagement.
Provide support and creative direction to external contributors, freelancers, or collaborators.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate content performance and audience engagement.
Implement learnings to refine content strategy, boost conversions, and improve ROI across social media platforms.
Conduct A/B testing for content variations to determine optimal strategies for engagement and reach.
Trends & Innovation:
Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to adapt strategies and content.
Experiment with new formats, styles, and technologies to keep content fresh and relevant.
Content Management:
Maintain an organized content calendar that incorporates key campaigns, product launches, and cultural or trending moments.
Ensure all content is delivered on schedule and meets the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in social media content production for a national or global brand.
Proven ability to strategize, produce, and execute successful content campaigns that drive audience growth and engagement.
Advanced proficiency in video production, editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro), and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices for social media (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Strong storytelling skills with a focus on creating content that inspires and motivates.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
