Social Media Coordinator
LOCATION
Reno, NV: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Fridays 8:00am - 4:30pm
QUALIFICATIONS
Entry-level position; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, MacOS, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, TikTok), and instant messaging (Slack). Experience with Salesforce and Shopify is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage social media presence, engage with customer inquiries, strategize organic and paid methods for brand awareness, develop and analyze social media campaigns, monitor social and web analytics, and collaborate with marketing teams for consistent branding.

Key Responsibilities
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for employing creative organic and paid tactics that contribute to our primary goals of building brand awareness, increasing our social engagement, and driving traffic to our website. Ideal candidates will engage in the following:
- Undergo product training to better understand our customers and the nuances of our product lines. This involves 30 days of Customer Service experience training as part of onboarding.
- Strategize organic and paid methods to build a strong social presence that increases our ability to target new customers.
- Respond promptly to all inquiries on social media channels including direct messages, comments, and more.
- Respond to, and report on brand review platforms such as Trustpilot, Google My Business, etc.
- Develop, execute, and analyze the effectiveness of social media ad campaigns, social media influencers.
- Analyze social and website page visitor data through Google Analytics as well as platform-specific data dashboards, and identify trends that contribute to our business goals.
- Conduct comprehensive research on competitors and report to Social Media Manager and other Marketing Managers on findings and provide thoughtful and creative suggestions on overall strategy.
- Work with Social Media Manager and Content Marketing Manager to ensure consistent presentation of brand across all social media channels
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Proficiency with MacOS and related Apple applications
- ProfieInstant Messaging (Slack or equivalent)
- Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, TikTok)
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Experience with Shopify a plus
Skills/Traits:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.
- Motivation to go above and beyond the minimum requirements.

Compensation
Starting at $45,000 - $50,000 Annually DOE
