We're looking for a dynamic Social Media Coordinator who thrives on creating standout content and driving online engagement. At Bath Experts, you'll play a vital role in showcasing the craftsmanship behind our bath remodels and the stories of our satisfied customers. You'll manage our social media platforms, develop creative campaigns, and bring projects to life by visiting job sites to capture professional-quality videos and images. About the Role: Social Media Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing and elevating Bath Experts' online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content across our social media platforms, generating organic social media conversions, and aligning our digital strategy with our brand's voice and goals. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for direct response marketing.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and manage a content calendar that includes posts, stories, and videos showcasing our products, services, and customer success stories.
  • On-Site Content Capture: Travel to job sites to capture video footage, photos, and behind-the-scenes content to showcase the quality of our work and the stories of our customers and team.
  • Platform Management: Maintain and grow our presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others relevant to our audience.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner to build brand trust and engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborations: Work with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to align social media efforts with business objectives.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our strategy remains innovative and competitive.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all content aligns with Bath Experts' brand tone, style, and mission.
  • Equipment: The position will be provided with a budget to spend on necessary equipment to capture content at job sites.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous professional experience in social media or similar role preferred. Relevant college degree/major in lieu of experience acceptable.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills with a keen eye for design.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Agorapulse).
  • Experience with video creation and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
  • Ability to travel as needed to job sites across IN, OH, and KY (valid driver's license required).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for improvement.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for storytelling and connecting with audiences online.
