We are looking for a Social Media and Admin Assistant with some social media experience at our growing company. The successful candidate will have high attention to detail, work in a fast-paced team environment and be responsible for creating, monitoring and maintaining company social media accounts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media trends, current events and news, and enjoy effectively communicating with customers. Responsibilities: * Write and execute social media strategy. * Develop social media campaigns. * Manage the social media presence of the company. * Engage with customers online. * Monitor online conversations.
As well, candidate will help with misc admin assistant tasks, take photos/ videos at active job-sites, engage crew for fun photos, work with production crew, etc.
Marketing experience in design and construction office is ideal. Marketing material strategy, email marketing campaigns, strong visual sense for branding needed. Experience with posting professional and engaging social media posts. Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills. High work ethic. Attention to detail. Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in team environment. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks. Ability to work in a team. Demonstrate flexibility and creative problem solving. Looking for active team member to jump in and start immediately.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
