SHORT DESCRIPTION

The Social Media Lead at Modifly will develop and execute data-driven social media strategies, drive client engagement, and manage client relationships to enhance brand storytelling through organic social campaigns.

The Social Media Lead is a client-facing role responsible for leading the development and execution of organic social campaigns.

Responsibilities

    • Social Strategy & Campaign Development: Develop & execute overall social media strategies and campaigns that drive client objectives and maximize impact across organic social channels. Utilizing data and social platform innovations to continuously improve overall strategy
    • Social Content Creation & Distribution: Lead and execute the development of social content calendars, social copy, content briefs, and creative assets that balance brand storytelling
    • Client Management: Act as the main point of contact across clientele as the appointed SME conducting regular client communications & meetings, supporting overall needs for social media projects and ongoing deliverables
    • Content Management & Publishing: Oversee the scheduling and QA/review of monthly content on client’s channels
    • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Develop and execute the tracking of KPIs and campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies. Create detailed performance reports to drive continuous improvement
    • Industry Expertise: Keep abreast of trends and innovations in social media and influencer marketing, ensuring Modifly remains a leader in the space

Requirements

    • 5-7 years of experience in social media marketing, with proven leadership experience in building and managing teams.
    • Demonstrated success in creating and managing impactful organic social and within an agency or high-growth environment.
    • Thorough knowledge of the social media marketing industry, strategies, and tactics
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to review and approve error-free copy
    • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social) and experience with project management platforms to track and integrate team tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools (Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Hootsuite preferred)
    • Canva/Capcut - mobile content creation experience
    • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a results-driven approach and a strategic mindset.
