Seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to enhance brand presence through creative content and community management across various social media platforms.
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role combines creative content creation with strategic community management to build and maintain our brand presence across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Develop and maintain content editorial calendar and strategy
- Create engaging, on-brand content including posts, stories, reels, and other multimedia content
- Grow a strong community of “evangelist” followers
- Monitor, moderate, and respond to community interactions and messages
- Perform quality assurance on all outgoing content
- Develop and maintain comprehensive social media analytics reports
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement
- Implement data-driven strategy adjustments to optimize content performance
- Develop A/B tests to identify most effective content types and posting strategies
- Stay current with social media trends and platform updates and provide leadership in how best to use new trends to meet client goals
- Work closely with the marketing ops, paid media, and email marketing teams to ensure consistent content across all channels
- Interface directly with the client on approvals and success reporting
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing or related field
- Proven track record of growing social media engagement
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and reporting platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into strategic actions
- Basic photo and video editing skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand voice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience in community management
- Familiarity with content management systems
- Experience with Google Analytics and data visualization tools
