Seeking a Media Specialist to create engaging content for DealMachine, a leading real estate app, focusing on storytelling, social media trends, and collaboration within a high-growth team environment.

You love seeing what others are creating, and even more so, you love the challenge of creating the video that gets the most attention, as well as take pride in the quality of the story being told.
This opportunity is for a full-time position. We offer a competitive salary and benefits. Ultimately, we’re looking for a long-term relationship into which we can invest in the media specialist’s growth and training. You should expect a small assignment as part of the application process.

About the Team:
Our Media Specialist will report directly to our CEO. You’ll plan, outline, draft, and iterate a variety of content. You should be comfortable with direct feedback and rapid iteration.

Document what we learn: Every time someone solves a new problem, completes a process, streamlines an existing process, or learns something new, they add detailed notes and instructions to our Playbook so that everyone on the team can learn and grow through each other. This allows everyone on the team to be fast and efficient.
Have hard conversations: Without hesitation, our team is ready to have difficult conversations from the moment an initial problem occurs. We’ve built immense trust as coworkers by being open, forthright, and tackling problems head-on as soon as they arise. We never have to worry that someone is holding on to negative feelings

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
