Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with our target audience.
- Manage daily social media activities including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct SEO research to enhance content visibility on search engines.
- Stay updated on industry trends in e-commerce and digital marketing to ensure innovative practices are employed.
- Promote and Represent our brand at trade shows and on all social media pages
Experience
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective audiences.
- Experience in content creation including photography, graphic design, and video editing is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools for optimizing web content.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Pay: $20.46 - $22.34 per hour
