Marketing Manager
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy with precision and creativity. In this role, you’ll connect with our audience, drive engagement, and report to the Head of Marketing to ensure cohesive brand messaging across platforms. You’ll also lead a talented creative team to produce impactful, on-brand content that resonates daily.
The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of experience in Marketing & Social Media management within the fashion and beauty industries. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, community building, and delivering results, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Execution & Management: Implement a strategic social media plan developed with the Head of Marketing, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with our audience. Post consistently across all platforms on both weekdays and weekends.
- Collaboration with Head of Marketing: Support the Head of Marketing by executing and refining content direction, ensuring each piece speaks authentically to our audience and meets established engagement targets.
- Creative Team Oversight: Lead and manage a talented team of graphic designers and content creators, and social media specialist guiding them to produce high-quality, on-brand visuals and messaging.
- Calendar Oversight & Deadline Adherence: Manage a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring all campaigns are executed on time and align with marketing goals.
- Data-Driven Adjustments: Track key performance metrics and provide insights for optimization, continuously refining content to maximize reach, engagement, and impact.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: In order to be considered for this position the ideal candidate should have at least 2-5 years of experience in social media management/content creation in fashion, beauty, or female brands/products with proven experience in team oversight and collaboration with marketing.
- Skills: Highly organized, solution-oriented, and a clear communicator with strong team management skills.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in tracking and interpreting key performance data to inform and adjust content execution.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust and execute strategies based on evolving needs and feedback from the Head of Marketing.

- Audience Engagement: Ensure social media content drives meaningful engagement, meeting metrics that reflect both the brand’s values and growth goals.
