QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms for a beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brand, proficient in major social media platforms, strong knowledge of analytics tools, and experience in influencer marketing.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Social Media Manager to develop strategies, create engaging content, and manage community engagement for a skincare and beauty brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand’s goals and vision.
Identify opportunities to expand brand presence on emerging platforms.
- Content Creation & Management:
Plan, create, and curate engaging and visually appealing content (photos, videos, reels, stories, etc.) tailored to each platform.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce cohesive campaigns.
- Community Engagement:
Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
Foster relationships with customers, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize strategy and content.
Use insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
Coordinate with the PR and marketing teams for cross-channel campaigns.
- Influencer & Partnership Collaboration:
Identify, onboard, and manage influencer relationships to amplify brand reach.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships.
- Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitive strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
Experiment with new features and tools to enhance engagement and creativity.
- Compliance & Brand Standards:
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and compliance regulations in the skincare and beauty industry.
- Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience managing social media platforms for a beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brand.
Proficient in major social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X).
Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.
Creative storytelling skills and a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
Exceptional communication and writing skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Skills:
Photography, video editing, or graphic design experience is a plus.
Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaigns.
Passion for skincare and beauty products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
