- Hands-on creation, management and optimization of organic social media campaigns to drive high-quality leads and pipeline.
- Monitor and analyze social media campaign metrics and trends to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Work with the team to generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily on various channels.
- Manage the employee advocacy program on Hootsuite Amplify, ensuring content and users are current.
- Educate employees on best practices for their own profiles to maximize brand awareness and social selling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with growth marketing, creative services, and public relations to refine messaging across the social media landscape.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the company's social media strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- 3+ years of social media marketing or paid social experience.
- A strong communicator that can efficiently communicate takeaways and insights to drive improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored for different social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies that drive engagement and achieve business goals.
- Project management experience and proven ability to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail.
