Seeking a talented Social Media Manager & Marketing Specialist to enhance online presence through engaging content and innovative marketing strategies.

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager & Marketing Specialist to build and maintain a strong online presence for our company. You will play a key role in implementing online marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and driving customer engagement.

Reporting to the Brand Leader, you'll develop original content, analyze performance metrics, and suggest innovative strategies to enhance our brand’s online visibility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

✅ Research audience preferences and current digital trends.
✅ Create engaging text, image, and video content.
✅ Design posts to captivate audiences and generate buzz around products and services.
✅ Track and measure performance metrics (KPIs).
✅ Stay updated on changes across all social media platforms.
✅ Respond to customer queries and facilitate online conversations.
✅ Monitor and report on online reviews and feedback.
✅ Develop optimal posting schedules for maximum engagement.
✅ Suggest creative campaigns, including promotions and competitions.
✅ Collaborate with the marketing, digital, and event management teams for seamless campaign execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Proficiency in Canva for content creation.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic data.
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and various digital channels.
  • Proactive mindset with an eye for digital trends.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solver and strategic thinker.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.24 per hour
