As a Talent Manager at 1DS Management, you will build relationships with influencers and brands, manage partnerships, and strategize content growth to ensure successful campaigns.
As a Talent Manager at 1DS Management, you will work closely with influencers, creators, and brands to manage partnerships, strategize content growth, and ensure successful campaigns. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional results for both our talent and the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned talent, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow talent's audience, engagement, and revenue streams.
- Source and negotiate brand partnerships, ensuring alignment with talent and company goals.
- Provide end-to-end campaign management, including pitching, briefing, execution, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with the team to identify new opportunities for business expansion, including recruitment of new talent or service offerings.
- Monitor social media trends, industry shifts, and competitor activity to keep our talent ahead of the curve.
- Maintain regular communication with talent to provide feedback, updates, and support, often outside of standard working hours.
- Work cross-functionally to align business goals with talent needs, ensuring the success of 1DS Management’s mission.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing partnerships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.

Compensation:
- Starting Rate: $50,000–$60,000/year (dependent on experience and qualifications), plus performance-based bonuses tied to business expansion and talent success.
