Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on their unique goals and target audiences.
- Create and curate compelling content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), ensuring it resonates with each client’s voice and brand.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using data insights to refine strategies and improve results.
- Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and designers to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
- Manage the community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep strategies fresh and innovative.
- Oversee and manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing them for maximum ROI and engagement.
- Help scale social media operations as our client base grows, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across all channels.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Associate, Community Manager, or in a similar role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment.
- A strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, clear, and persuasive messages.
- A keen eye for visual content with some familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) or video editing.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing metrics to drive strategy and improve performance.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Ability to juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously, while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- A creative, proactive problem solver with the ability to adapt quickly to changes and new challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for social media and staying ahead of trends in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience running paid social media ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Experience in brand storytelling and content marketing
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they apply to social media
- Graphic design skills, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
- Previous experience working with startups or small businesses is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test
- Comfortable with ambiguity
