As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly skilled and creative Social Media Associate to join our team and take our clients' social media presence to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on their unique goals and target audiences.
• Create and curate compelling content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), ensuring it resonates with each client’s voice and brand.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using data insights to refine strategies and improve results.
• Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and designers to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
• Manage the community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep strategies fresh and innovative.
• Oversee and manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing them for maximum ROI and engagement.
• Help scale social media operations as our client base grows, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across all channels.
• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Associate, Community Manager, or in a similar role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment.
• A strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, clear, and persuasive messages.
• A keen eye for visual content with some familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) or video editing.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing metrics to drive strategy and improve performance.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Ability to juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously, while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• A creative, proactive problem solver with the ability to adapt quickly to changes and new challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for social media and staying ahead of trends in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience running paid social media ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Experience in brand storytelling and content marketing
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they apply to social media
• Graphic design skills, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
• Previous experience working with startups or small businesses is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test
• Comfortable with ambiguity
