Do you have a passion for cafes and creativity? We're looking for a Social Media Manager to work directly with our Marketing Director and Founders to create fun and engaging content that tells the story of our cafe, our mission, and the products we offer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of various social media channels, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging content for various platforms starting with Facebook and Instagram
• Utilize tools for scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Manage relationships with influencers and public relations contacts to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain relevance.
• Analyze performance metrics using SEO best practices to optimize content reach and engagement.
• Conduct photography sessions as needed for content creation.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and incorporate innovative approaches into campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
• Proficiency for creating visually appealing graphics.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application in social media content.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience with public relations strategies is a plus.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools to track performance metrics effectively.
• Strong photography skills are desirable for content creation purposes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
