Wedaways is a premier B2B luxury travel company specializing in destination wedding and celebration travel. We provide visibility marketing for international properties catering to the celebration market, including weddings, honeymoons, and milestone events. We connect top-tier wedding planners and HNW couples with the world’s most stunning properties.

The Role:
We’re seeking a creative, highly organized Social Media & Marketing Manager with a strong visual aesthetic and proven experience to take our digital presence to the next level. You will be responsible for managing and growing our social platforms—Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and more—while showcasing our luxury properties and curated content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy to expand our audience and engagement.
  • Manage and grow Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create visually stunning, on-brand content, including video reels, stories, and promotional assets.
  • Edit high-quality video content for various platforms (Reels, Shorts, YouTube).
  • Schedule posts, track analytics, and optimize content for reach, visibility, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and partnerships teams to showcase international luxury properties.
  • Ensure consistent and professional communication aligned with our brand voice.
  • Post blogs, add images (we have an extensive library of owned images).
  • Design & execute weekly e-campaigns for our various audiences.
  • Design Itineraries for our various FAMs.
  • Create and post FAM (familiarization trip) exposés to our B2B platform

Must-Have Skills:
Proven Experience managing social media for a luxury brand, travel company, or similar.
✅ Exceptional visual storytelling and design aesthetic—your content should feel premium.
✅ Advanced video editing skills to create polished reels, shorts, and engaging content.
✅ Strong command of English (native or extremely fluent) with excellent copywriting skills.
✅ Excellent time management—ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple platforms/projects.
✅ Knowledge of best practices for Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
✅ Ability to analyze metrics and turn insights into growth strategies.
