Seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to enhance online presence and drive business growth through engaging campaigns across various platforms.
Social Media Campaign Management:
- Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Create and maintain social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging posting schedules.
- Develop and execute social media advertising strategies, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Produce high-quality, informative, and engaging written and visual content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and stories.
- Write compelling scripts and storyboards for social media video content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external resources (as needed) to create visually appealing and informative video content.
- Track and analyze key social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to gather data, interpret results, and inform decision-making.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive online community.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and industry conversations, identifying opportunities to participate and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and Google Ads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies, best practices, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Experience with video content creation and editing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
