Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our brand. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content plans that align with marketing goals.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and audience feedback through social listening.
• Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Canva
• Manage social media accounts using tools like Planoly to schedule posts and analyze performance metrics.
• Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Optimize content across web platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
• Proofread all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Experience

• Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong skills in video editing and content creation.
• Familiarity web analytics tools.
• Ability to conduct thorough research to inform content strategy.
• Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience using social media management tools like Canva, and Planoly is preferred.
