Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of content creation, relationship management, and e-commerce trends to drive traffic and conversions through various social media platforms. Must be able to come to the dental office two days a week.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with our target audience.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and monitoring social media performance metrics.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.
- Manage relationships with influencers and partners to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Capture high-quality photography to enhance visual storytelling on social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, inquiries, and comments; respond promptly to foster positive engagement.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or content creation, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools for creating engaging visuals.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and how they relate to social media marketing.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship management with both internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices as they pertain to social media content is a plus.
- A passion for staying updated on the latest trends in social media, marketing, and technology is essential.
