Social Media Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven skills and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Duties

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored for different social media channels.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities; respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall business objectives and promotional activities.
• Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
• Manage relationships with influencers and partners to expand brand reach and visibility.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and digital communications.
• Assist in public relations efforts by crafting press releases and engaging with media outlets as needed.

Skills

• Proficient in content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and e-commerce strategies.
• Excellent relationship management skills to foster connections with audiences and partners.
• Experience in social media management across platforms such as Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, X, etc.
• Expertise in video editing software for creating engaging video content.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks.
• Knowledge of public relations practices is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant marketing
