Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across various online channels. You will assist with content capture, content sourcing, and creation within these channels.
Your output will be the first point of contact between the brand and the consumer and will be vital in bringing the brands to life across various platforms. You will create social promotional plans that drive business needs and keep an ongoing drumbeat of content across paid and organic content, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social media-first formats. This role will live and breathe social, identifying proactive real-time content opportunities through a luxury brand lens. You will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of the brand social strategy. You will be our Social Media Strategist.
Key Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will plan, develop, implement, and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
- Manage and provide support for the company's website, ensuring user-friendly navigation and optimized user experience
- As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Manage and maintain SEO/SEM strategies to enhance website traffic and search engine rankings
- Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates, to measure the success of digital marketing efforts
- Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
- Create, manage, and optimize high-quality content for websites, landing pages, email marketing and social media platforms to ensure alignment with our brand goals and messaging
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, providing actionable recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality brand images across all digital platforms
- Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management
Qualifications:
- Prior years of related field experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital platforms and tools; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising is helpful
- Prior experience with website management is also beneficial
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC and Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.)
- Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt strategies to meet dynamic business needs
- A passion for analytics about staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
