As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll develop and implement content strategies across platforms to elevate our clients' brands. You’ll lead a small team, including a Social Media Marketing Assistant, ensuring seamless execution of tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Client Collaboration & Strategy
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients through regular calls and updates.
- Present insights and actionable strategies to enhance performance and achieve client goals.
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Develop and curate compelling content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
- Create strategic campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive growth and engagement.
- Analyze metrics to optimize strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide the Social Media Marketing Assistant, fostering growth and efficiency.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media tools, analytics platforms, and basic video/photo editing software.
