H/K/B Cosmetic Surgery has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Social Media Specialist to join our team! We offer competitive pay, health, benefits, and other wonderful benefits. This position would have a hybrid schedule working in our Greensboro office, Chapel Hill office, and remote.
A little bit about the position:
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and publishing content on all social media platforms to grow an audience, build brand awareness, build customer relationships and ultimately drive patient visits. They should understand the targeted audience for each social channel, creating persuasive content that strikes a chord with the intended audience and unique to the typical interactions of each channel.
What you can expect in the role:
- Content creation: Write, design, and create video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Scheduling: Create and update posting schedules.
- Monitoring: Track site metrics and social media performance.
- Engagement: Respond to comments and interact with readers.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to plan and execute social media projects.
- Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to meet marketing goals.
- Reporting: Create reports on social media performance.
- Trends: Stay up to date with social media trends and news.
- Moderation: Moderate user-generated content.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- 2+ years of work experience in similar roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or related major.
- Equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Noticeable social networking experience and social analytics tools familiarity.
- Expertise of online marketing and competent knowledge of main marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with great multitasking and organizational skill.
