Job Summary
The Influencer & Paid Social Specialist will focus primarily on managing influencer marketing campaigns while supporting paid social media advertising initiatives, as needed. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in both the creative, relationship-driven world of influencer marketing, and the data-driven realm of paid media. Most of the work will involve cultivating relationships with influencers, managing campaign execution, and strategically leveraging content to achieve business goals, with some responsibilities related to paid social media advertising to amplify campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain authentic relationships with influencers, agents, and content creators to continuously evolve the influencer program.
  • Identify and onboard new influencer partners using platforms like Tagger.
  • Develop detailed creative briefs, concept campaigns, and identify content opportunities with influencer partners.
  • Manage content approval processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to integrate influencer content into broader marketing strategies, including organic and paid media initiatives.
  • Track and monitor campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize influencer partnerships, and providing actionable insights to improve future strategies across influencer and paid social efforts.
  • Manage campaign budgets, influencer contracts, and payment processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
  • Assist with client reporting by providing insights on influencer campaign performance, reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Support paid social media efforts by developing recommendations to amplify influencer content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Assist in the activation and optimization of paid social campaigns, including budget allocation, ad formats, targeting, and KPIs.
  • Leverage influencer content to drive paid social campaigns, ensuring a seamless connection between influencer and paid media strategies.
  • Own the measurement and reporting structure for influencer programs and integrate insights from paid social campaigns into broader reporting.
  • Utilize data from both influencer and paid social campaigns to inform future strategies and optimizations.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience managing influencer campaigns from brief development to execution and reporting, with some exposure to paid social media advertising.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Familiarity with paid social platforms and campaign management tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).
  • Ability to interpret data from both influencer and paid social campaigns to drive optimizations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing influencer campaigns that push boundaries and drive results.

Preferences

  • Experience with influencer sourcing platforms (e.g., Sprout Influencer, Tagger).
  • Basic knowledge of social media listening tools a plus (e.g., Infegy, Brandwatch, Spredfast Intelligence).
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification or other paid social certifications are a plus.

Special Position Requirements

  • This position is preferred to be local in the Dallas, TX area, but we are open to considering remote employees. Local and remote employees will be expected to travel for internal or client meetings up to 10% of the time.
