Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Marketing/Branding Manager to oversee and execute multiple concurrent social media campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign management, and performance analytics to ensure the success of all initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute multiple social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of campaigns, ensuring they align with brand goals, target audience, and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content creators, designers, and marketing analysts) to develop engaging content for each campaign.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to adjust strategies and optimize results in real-time.
  • Create and manage content calendars for multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Track social media trends, competitors, and industry developments to continuously refine campaign strategies.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget optimization, ad copy testing, and targeting adjustments.
