MAGIC MIKE LIVE Las Vegas is seeking a Social Media Manager to start as soon as possible.

Created and directed by Channing Tatum, MAGIC MIKE LIVE is an unforgettably fun night of thrilling, 360-degree live entertainment inspired by the hit films. We are currently seeking a creative and talented self-starter to join our marketing team and be responsible for managing the social media accounts and influencer relations for our flagship production in Las Vegas.

Responsibilities:
The Las Vegas Social Media Manager is a key role. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all social media platforms for MML Las Vegas including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Threads, as well as developing and overseeing a multi-tier influencer marketing program. The social media manager will report to the Director of Marketing & Public Relations, and work under the guidance of the MML Worldwide producing, marketing, and social media teams to maintain and grow the brand’s online presence in all aspects of social media and social engagements. You will create and manage the show’s online image in a cohesive way to engage our established audiences, reach new audiences, and achieve our collective marketing goals.

The social media manager will split their time between the office and the theater, and will be present at the theater regularly on show nights to capture content while becoming intimately familiar with every aspect of the theatrical production. You should be able to conceive, shoot, edit, and strategically deploy innovative and engaging content that produces high engagement and conversion to website traffic. This is not a traditional 9-5 job, meaning your schedule will vary day to day and, on occasion, may require a late night (at the show until Midnight) followed by a 9 a.m. meeting the next day, or fitting short-notice content shoots into an already-packed day.

Ultimately, our dream candidate is an enthusiastic, confident, and collaborative self-starter with a passion for social media and content creation who will help elevate the show’s online presence.

Requirements:

  • Successful track record with social media; 2+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with various social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube.
  • Experience with content creation and editing tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Advanced experience developing social strategy and keeping an active pulse for social trends.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and influencer relations.
  • Experience with digital ads, boosted posting, and website conversion.
  • Experience with social media management and analytic reporting tools; e.g. Sprout, etc.
  • Understanding of analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to optimize content strategically to drive results and establish brand awareness in new and exciting ways.
  • Ability to think creatively and unconventionally to generate new ideas.
  • Strong and consistent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills .
  • Confidence in directing on-camera talent and negotiating partner opportunities.
  • Community and relationship building skills.
  • Positive, fun attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
