We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting our two local retail sporting good stores, aiming to increase visibility and drive traffic. Part-time position.

Duties

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with our marketing goals.
• Create engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
• Capture high-quality photography and video content to enhance visual storytelling.
• Edit videos for promotional campaigns and social media posts.
• Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media tools and analytics.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively across various channels.
• Experience in photography and video editing is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
