Solar Canvasser

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as solar Canvassers. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the community, promoting energy freedom, and scheduling appointments with interested homeowners. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are passionate about making a difference and have experience in sales, negotiation, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote the new solar program.
• Engage with local community to schedule appointments for our closing team.
• Utilize effective communication techniques to negotiate and persuade potential supporters.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with homeowners.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and imorove.
• Assist in organizing events or activities that promote our cause within the community.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, fundraising, or customer service is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and access to smart phone or tablet.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Ability to negotiate and market initiatives persuasively.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this can enhance outreach efforts.
• Experience in supervising teams or projects is a plus.
• Attend all team meetings and training.
• Familiarity with telemarketing or electioneering techniques is advantageous.
• Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
