QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years in advertising sales with Fortune 500 brands, experience in mobile app marketing optimization, deep understanding of digital advertising, exceptional interpersonal skills, strong communication and project management skills, knowledge of programmatic technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.

- Define revenue driving marketplace solutions based on product offerings across mobile initiatives, with a focus on our ad formats & performance.
- Understand markets, competition, and mobile user requirements in depth to inform monetizable mobile product development and strategies.
- Launch new ad products and features, test their performance, and iterate for optimization.
- Work collaboratively with UX, engineering, marketing, legal, data, and operations teams across US, Europe, and Korea.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the functional teams for the overall vision and development of of Samsung Ads’ Mobile product strategy.
- Be able to work on multiple concurrent projects with multiple cross-functional teams including but not limited to business operations, ad operations, revenue operations, product management.
- Be able to take the high strategic view as well as dive deep on product ideas and use cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive awareness and create demand for our mobile ad solutions to launch in the marketplace.
- Analyze data to assess the impact of features/projects to measure ROI and inform future decisions.
- Successfully advocate for the prioritization of impactful features on the engineering roadmap and secure key resource commitments among cross functional teams.
- Have expert knowledge of the field, including competitive and 3rd party products and competitor strategy, including privacy-focused product approaches.
- Serve as evangelist for Samsung Ads and Influence internal and external customers to get buy-in for new GTM mobile strategies that drives impact for both direct and programmatic sales.
- Play an integral role in identifying and prioritizing product needs based on customers and marketplace feedback, data insights and communicate business requirements effectively that includes use cases, customer successes and unique value and differentiators for Samsung Ads to help drive an impactful product roadmap.
- Drive product communications and gear the NPS team with most relevant information on new product innovations and in-market product enhancements.
- Be a business & sales subject matter expert across the ads business in the areas of Mobile and CTV.
- 6+ years working in an organization that supports the Advertising Sales function with Fortune 500 brands in the Agency and Brand space.
- 6+ years of experience in mobile game and app marketing optimization with different ad formats, push notifications, user targeting and marketing automation.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising space including competitive and 3rd party products and competitor strategy, while understanding the day-to-day lives of TV and Media buyers either through programmatic or direct buying channels.
- Exceptional interpersonal and partner relationship skills; proven track record of successfully influencing and negotiating with partners and working with many groups to achieve goals; thrives in highly collaborative projects, handles high stakes decisions with ease, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong communication and project management skills – with experience working with a variety of teams including engineering, marketing, data & analytics, operations, finance, and sales.
- Experience working with Programmatic technology, particularly in the area of packaging and positioning ad tech as a key element of the media buying process.
- Understanding & proficiency of the Programmatic & Mobile advertising landscape. Experience in CTV advertising is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
