QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field; 1 year of recruitment and/or sourcing experience preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and execute sourcing efforts to develop talent pipelines, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to understand position requirements, utilize HRIS systems for candidate communications, focus on outbound sourcing, and screen and assess talent.

Sourcing Specialist Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of sourcing efforts to develop a robust pipeline of talent for assigned service lines. The Sourcing Specialist collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and facility management to understand position requirements and establish effective sourcing initiatives. Sourcing Specialists will use the Source and Candidate Relationship Marketing HRIS system to build pipelines and manage candidate communications. The focus of the Sourcing Specialist is external client facing with focus on outbound sourcing, building talent pipelines, screening and assessing talent.
Sourcing Specialist Position Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources or related field
Experience
- 1 year experience in recruitment and/or sourcing preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, Sharepoint and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases.

- Possesses the ability to create a compelling value proposition statement for engaging and recruiting passive, top talent for critical-to-fill positions.
- Selling the company. Possesses a strong knowledge of company history, financials, position in the healthcare market, etc.
Sourcing Specialist Schedule
- Generally day shift, Monday through Friday. May require evening or weekend work based on the needs of the Talent Acquisition team.
Sourcing Specialist Benefits
- At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
