QUALIFICATIONS
3 years of industry experience, public speaking and training experience, 1-2 years of management experience, sales experience, expertise in fitting & dispensing hearing instruments, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effective time management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support clinic staff, manage coverage for absences, coordinate events, provide training for licensure, partner with HR and Sales for staffing and discipline, lead area growth, recommend marketing strategies, ensure compliance with policies and laws, maintain expense reporting, and undertake other assigned duties.

The Area Director will lead and support the team in providing exceptional hearing care, ensuring achievement of goals through coaching and collaboration with sales and HR departments.
Overview
onePHG is a non-franchise, non-big box, family owned, independent group of Hearing Healthcare Practices. We employ proven and talented Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Specialists. We utilize a patient centric approach and require individuals on our team to share and embrace that same passion with goal being of providing referral worthy care. To that end, we employ Area Directors to help lead, support and organize our clinics to provide better hearing and a better quality of life for individuals living with hearing loss which can be accomplished with the help of the right hearing professional team.
The Area Director (AD) is responsible for supporting the Providers, Technicians, and Patient Care Coordinators in their area in addition to providing coaching and development where necessary so that the Team can reach their goals. The AD will work closely with the SVP of Sales to ensure the Team has everything required to be successful and put plans in place where appropriate.
Duties
- Managing coverage when team members are absent,
- Coordinating special events such as open houses,
- Host training events and assist with trainees as they prepare for licensure and state exams,
- Work in offices during events when necessary.
- Perform general coaching of the clinic staff on a regular basis,
- Extensive travel is required for this position - onePHG will cover expenses incurred in the ordinary course of travel,
- Partner with SVP of Sales to adequately staff,
- Partner with HR to hire for the clinics managed,
- Partner with SVP of Sale and Corporate HR on all disciplinary actions and terminations,
- Lead area growth to exceed goals,
- Complete on-boarding and training of new Providers,
- Provide recommendations on marketing strategies for business growth,
- Comply with internal policies and procedures for documenting office visits,
- Maintain timely and accurate expense reporting,
- Comply with all local, state and federal laws and requirements,
- Work is generally of a complex, critical and/or confidential nature where a positive attitude, independent action, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and a high degree of initiative are essential,
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3 years of industry experience
- Public speaking experience and training
- 1-2 years of management experience
- Sales and sales workshop experience
- Expertise in fitting & dispensing hearing instruments and related products, audiological services, and patient facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal, consultative skills and ability to persuade and build rapport and confidence with customers and co-workers
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding work environment with strong organizational, active listening, effective communication, and multi-tasking skills
- Effective time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel roven experience in program management within the social work or behavioral health sectors.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
