Digital Marketing and Brand Building Specialist

Develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

Together with Communications and PR team Initiate and lead top Influencer-focused events to drive Brand Building in NA market (up to 3 events annually).
Villeroy and Boch’s Digital Marketing and Brand Building Specialist, will support new initiatives that drive sales growth and market share of the North America DTC business. This position plays a leading role in the management of channel marketing and analytics, including email marketing, Paid Social campaigns, Paid Google campaigns, Affiliate, Macy’s Inc and other external Ecomm businesses.
The Digital Marketing and Brand Building Specialist will partner and collaborate daily with HQ Performance Marketing team and US Ecomm and Communications teams to optimize paid channels and lead Brand Building strategies. The Digital Marketing and Brand Building Specialist’s primary objective will be to increase high quality site traffic direct and paid and meet sales objectives, as defined by the Senior Marketing Manager, NA.
Tasks And Responsibilities (to include, but not limited to):
Digital Marketing:
Owner of Google, Bing, Meta, Macy’s Inc Paid, OTT/TV, Affiliate, Retargeting channels: alongside Agency partners responsible for growth, budget, planning, strategy, execution, and reporting. Report on all site performance KPIs weekly (SEO, Direct, Email & Paid Channels) and conduct channel contribution analysis (monthly, quarterly, and annually), including site functionality, path to purchase, and customer journey for budgeting, forecasting, and goal planning in collaboration with local and HQ teams. Lead bi-weekly Agency meetings, briefs and asset management to drive strategies and ensure performance alignment. Work closely with Communications Specialist to support main and local Collections launches. Collaborate with HQ media and marketing team to ensure creative sequencing and phasing is aligned. Analyze performance of marketing assets and ensure all launch assets enhance opportunity for conversion and are delivered on time for strongest sales opportunity. Customer Journey Mapping: Design, build, and optimize CRM journeys with personalized messaging, triggers, and automation to deliver a delightful experience that drives engagement and conversion (where applicable) Work on the quarterly and annual strategy to optimize and achieve sustainable growth across every channel of communication.
Brand Building:
This role will be instrumental in helping Marketing team with amplifying brand awareness, driving consumer engagement, and building a strong brand reputation within the tableware and lifestyle space.

Strategy & Planning: Alongside Marketing team help to develop and implement a comprehensive community and influencer engagement aligned with overall brand objectives, marketing calendar, and key product launches.

Event Management: Oversee relationships with external PR and influencer agents to execute Brand Building events, providing clear direction, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless event execution and post-event digital campaigns.

Influencer Partnerships for events: Identify, engage, and manage relationships around and post events with a diverse range of influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) who embody the Villeroy & Boch brand ethos and resonate with target audiences.
Skills And Competencies
2-4 years of experience in GA4, SEO, Salesforce, Google/Bing Paid, Meta Ads Manager 1-2 years of event marketing and/or working with influencers/creators Solid knowledge of GA4 Basic knowledge of Affiliate marketing and/or SMS marketing Learning on the Fly: Learns quickly when facing new problems; a relentless and versatile learner; open to change; analyzes both successes and failures for clues to improvement; experiments and will try anything to find solutions; enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks; quickly grasps the essence and the underlying structure of anything. Ability to analyze and synthesize large sets of data to draw out concrete insights and communicate these to broader audience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel and PowerPoint required. Ability to travel domestically periodically (10%)
