Work you'll do
As a Senior Manager in the Technology group, you will:
- Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects
- Contribute to the development of business and vendor relationships
- Support pre-sales, RFPs, and proposals
- Manage senior-level client relationships
- Serve as a ""Subject Matter Expert"", adding experienced insights into client challenges
- Manage solutions, delegate resources, and ensure the quality assurance principles are met across projects and deliverables
- Lead and support delivery teams and staff
- Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, providing input and guidance into the staffing process
- Present and sell ideas to various client audiences, both technical and non-technical"

The GPS Human Services Transformation offering designs and implements large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies across federal, state, and local government agencies as well as higher education institutions. With end-users, customers, and workers at the center, we collaborate with our clients to deliver quality human services and work to support individuals in need. Some areas that we focus on include Children Services, Eligibility & Enrollment, Child Support Enforcement, and Labor & Workforce Development.

- Has 10 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Maryland, Nevada, New York state, Washington DC, and Washington State, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Maryland, Nevada, New York state, Washington DC, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $184,500 to $307,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
