QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical/healthcare or retail industry; strong understanding of patient-centric marketing; proficiency in digital marketing tools; excellent communication and analytical skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee vendor support tickets, respond to customer feedback, maintain dataflow in Salesforce, develop processes for Local Marketing Advisors, create training materials, collect customer insights, collaborate with internal teams, manage customization submissions, audit marketing materials, and assist in planning trade shows.

Join our team as a Marketing Enablement Specialist and be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer experiences! In this crucial role, you will support our marketing initiatives by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues swiftly, ensuring that every interaction enhances satisfaction throughout the customer journey with Good Neighbor Pharmacy's digital marketing services. Oversee and manage vendor support tickets from customers and field teams to complete tasks and resolve issues.
Respond to customer feedback through various channels, including vendor support tickets, inbox, or web leads.
Maintain dataflow and processes for key customer information in Salesforce that drives patient-facing marketing resources.
Perform monthly processes to ensure data continuity with our vendors.
Develop processes and implementation strategies for Local Marketing Advisors to educate and execute marketing strategies across Good Neighbor Pharmacy digital channels.
Develop trainings and support materials for the Good Neighbor Pharmacy marketing value center to improve digital marketing literacy among independent pharmacies and educate internal stakeholders.
Collect customer experience insights and feedback on the Good Neighbor Pharmacy marketing program through periodic surveys and data analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively and enhance overall customer experience.
Review and approve customer marketing customization submissions for use on digital marketing channels.
Manage inquiries through web contact lead form and team shared inbox as needed.
Audit digital marketing support materials to ensure that resources are accurate.
Assist with planning and executing ThoughtSpot, the Good Neighbor Pharmacy annual tradeshow, strategies and initiatives to further independent pharmacy marketing engagement.
Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
Performs other duties as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical/healthcare or retail industry. Franchise or multi-location marketing is preferred.
Strong understanding of patient-centric marketing channels and strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
Strong communications and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing data, with experience in interpreting data and creating presentation decks.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
