6+ months of professional experience, preferably in sales; highly self-motivated and results-driven; flexibility to work some nights/weekends; some sports knowledge is required; former athletes and coaches at high school or higher level preferred; bilingual is a plus; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Recruiting Coordinators are the first point of contact for our student-athletes and their families, helping identify dedicated athletes for college coaches! Through high-volume outbound calls, recruiting coordinators provide education around service offerings and demonstrate a commitment to world class service in a competitive and collaborative environment.
This entry-level sales position allows you to:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to student-athletes and their families using a provided list of leads.
- Clearly communicate the value of our recruiting services and answer basic questions about the process.
- Schedule assessment calls with recruiting specialists for qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and scheduling targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
Requirements
- 6+ months of professional experience, preferably in sales
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Flexibility to work some nights/weekends
- Some sports knowledge required, former athletes and coaches at high school or higher level preferred
- Bilingual a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
