About This Team:

We are building an exceptional team to fuel Spotfire's growth, and we’re seeking a results-driven Field and Customer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for expanding sales opportunities, enhancing customer retention, and cultivating Spotfire advocates.

You will collaborate closely with Spotfire Direct Sales, Technical Teams, Product Management, and the Customer Success organization to drive revenue growth through strategic field and customer marketing initiatives. This role demands a proactive individual who thrives in a bold, fast-paced, values-driven environment.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing for Spotfire, you will be instrumental in shaping the next phase of Spotfire’s growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to identify and engage high-value targets, driving new business and growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with sales teams in the field to support their efforts, providing them with tailored marketing materials, insights, and strategies to close deals effectively.

  • Create and manage customer marketing programs designed to drive engagement, retention, and advocacy, ensuring customers are continually finding value in Spotfire’s offerings.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, leveraging their success stories to enhance brand reputation and generate new business leads.

  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns and events that align with sales objectives, fostering collaboration between marketing and sales teams.

  • Develop and manage programs aimed at identifying and developing Spotfire champions, turning satisfied customers into enthusiastic advocates.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives and effectively executed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Marketing, preferably within the technology or software industry.

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on field marketing and regional promotion.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and analytics platforms.

  • Familiarity with data analytics, business intelligence, or related software is highly desirable.

  • Willingness to travel to attend events and engage with customers within the assigned region.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges; $96,416-$120,520 CA generally ranges; $100,607-$125,759 All other locations fall under our General State range; $83,840-$104,800 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
